A: Member rates for conference registration are for chapter members in good standing. If you have questions about your membership, please contact AIA Continental Europe . A: Yes, but only by attaching a completed registration form. Registrations that do not include a complete form will not be processed. Email the form to .Q: Are vegetarian meals available during the conference?
A: Due to the small size of AIACE chapter conferences and the limited hours available to prepare (almost all volunteer), specific dietary requests can not be guaranteed. All requests are made known to the conference organizer(s).Update (25 March 2007): A vegetarian option is available for the Friday and Saturday dinner. Please note your request on the conference registration form.
Q: The Conference hotel is far too expensive for me. Is other hotel information available?
A: While the Chapter usually provides additional hotel information aside from the conference hotel Brussels (like Paris) is a destination which makes gathering this information very different from say Udine, to use some recent examples.
